Our University Held the Co-Organization Mobilization Meeting for the 13th Provincial Games

On the afternoon of March 18^th, our university held a co-organization mobilization meeting for the 13^th Guangdong Provincial games. Leaders of the relevant governmental departments, President Yang Haitao, Vice-Secretary Zhao Rixing, members of our campus leader team, and relevant teachers and students participated in this event.

President Yang Haitao made a mobilization speech. He pointed out that as an undergraduate university, Huizhou University should spare no effort to support the 13^th Provincial Games, which offer a significant opportunity to build a good reputation for serving local economic development and for improving the overall quality of the teachers and students.

The chief of the office of the university s leadership, Shi Shaohan reported on the status of our teachers and students preparations for the Provincial Games. So far, our university is assisting in the following four aspects: assisting in designing the clothes for the ushers and ritual girls; assisting in selecting ushers and ritual girls; recruiting volunteers and organizing students to make an opening show.

Colonel Gao Mengbing and executive director for the opening and closing ceremony Deng Ruibing made speeches respectively. Both of them spoke highly of the sound organization and high morale of our university.
