China Scholar Merchant League visits SCUT

On the afternoon of Jan. 17, a 5-member delegate led by LU Lu, secretary general of China Scholar Merchant League and International Confucian Merchants Conference and President of China International Confucian Merchants Investment Group, visited SCUT. LIU Qijin, vice-president of SCUT and deputy director of SCUT Education Development Fund, warmly received the guests. The two sides held a symposium at Liwu Building of Science and Technology.

On one hand, LU Lu firstly gave a brief introduction on the basic information of China Scholar Merchant League and expressed his ideas of donating Confucius Statute and educational funds for SCUT. On the other hand, Vice-president LIU Qijin gave the guests an introduction on SCUT with respect to development history, current situation and cultural construction. At last, both sides held a discussion on the donation of Confucius Statute and educational funds.
