Dr. Xiaolong Zeng, an Australian Senator, together with John Dai and Yijian Zhaung, officials from Australian TEI Company paid a visit to ECUST on March 18.
As a prelude to the visit of delegation headed by the Governor of Newcastle, Australia in May, this visit of March 18 expressed the wish of possible collaboration between ECUST and Newcastle University, Australia, thus paved the way of further exchanges for the two universities.
The visiting group headed by Dr. Zeng showed great interest in the subject construction on chemical engineering and resource environment and also in the education of undergraduates and postgraduates. They said that they would provide collaboration platform for the two universities on fields like faculty exchanges, education of students and scientific researches.
