Seminars on Promotions of Sino-German Cooperation in Running Schools were started in the morning of Nov. 18. Vice President Ma Yulu made addresses at the opening ceremony of the seminars in the Lecture Hall of Yi Fu Building. Vice president Litz from Lubeck University of Applied Sciences, Germany and Dr.
Kirchhof, director of the Institute of Higher Education of the Flensburg University, Germany, also made addresses at the opening ceremony. Ma s speech entitled "Sino-German Study Program (ECUST-FHL) at ECUST" started the seminars as the first report. About 70 teachers and students from those two colleges of Germany and East China University of Science and Technology of attended the opening ceremony and the seminar.
