The Attorney Generals office along with office of Public Security and government of Guanajuato confiscated nearly 120 tons of garments.
The garments were seized on the presumption that they were illegally imported in to the country and have been impounded from a market in Celaya, in Guanajuato.
The goods were seized as the enterprise could not provide legal proof for import of garments in to country.
After the completion of seizure formalities the confiscated goods will be handed over to customs authorities for further procedure.
This operation was done as a part of a crack down being conducted country wide by the government to try and stop illegal imports of goods in to the country.
