Intimate Apparel plays a significant role in the fast rising Russian clothing market as a key target segment for suppliers.
CPM - Collection Première Moscow, the leading fashion trade fair in Eastern Europe pays tribute to this aspect in moving its division, CPM LINGERIE, to a new venue, pavilion 2.2, known as a visitor attractive location at Expocentr trade fair grounds.
Beginning its tenth consecutive edition of CPM, the lingerie section will provide allocation for up to 40 brands of intimate apparel like Parah from Italy, Roesch /Louis Féraud Lingerie from Germany, Platino/Dusen from Spain, Impetus from Portugal or Lisca from Slovenia.
For the first time since the launch of CPM in September 2003, the Duesseldorf/ Germany based organiser, Igedo Company, received authorisation from Expocentre to use the entire exhibition capacity of the fair grounds.
This helps to expand the fair’s segmentation process, seen as a key driving factor of CPM. “We are extremely satisfied that we are now in a position to offer our lingerie exhibitors a growth-programmed new residence of their own in Moscow”, explained Frank Hartmann, Managing Director of Igedo.
According to Hartmann, the new dates for CPM LINGERIE from September 10 till 13, 2008, avoid time clashes between CPM and the French intimate apparel fair, Lyon mode City, having occurred subsequently over the past editions of CPM.
“All our many clients for which CPM is a powerful order and communication platform, will benefit from the new structure of CPM offering them the opportunity to concentrate on their business development instead of struggling for appropriate space allocations”, Hartmann further said.
