Ten Dutch designers and brands have been chosen to show work in a joint exhibition this autumn at Japan’s international trade fair 100% Design Tokyo.

They are Meike van Schijndel, designer of whimsical bathroom fixtures; Bookarrest, producer of an ergonomic document stand; high-tech fabric company Hybrids + Fusion; porcelain designer Sander Luske; ceramics maker Royal Tichelaar Makkum; textile-accessories maker Studio-ePosh; product and interior design firm Studio Laurens van Wieringen; product design firm Studio Samira Boon; glass designer Arnout Visser; and fashion-accessories label Vlieger & Vandam.
Premsela is co-producing the exhibition stand, a business matchmaking programme and a publicity campaign. The website and brochure is meant to raise the profile of all Dutch designers and brands exhibiting during Tokyo Designer's Week.
The group exhibition, Created in Holland - or, in Japanese, Oranda - will occupy a 100m2 stand at 100% Design Tokyo 2007. A matchmaking scheme will put the 10 participating designers in touch with Japanese distributors, store chains, clients and other potential customers. An accompanying website, brochure andpromotional campaign will introduce the press and public to them and other Dutch designers exhibiting during Tokyo Designer's Week.
