Wholesale trade sales increase in real terms. Wholesale trade sales, at constant (2000) prices, for the three months ending August 2007 increased by 4.5% compared with the three months ending August 2006.
Wholesale trade sales, at constant (2000) prices, for the first eight months of 2007 increased by 6.8% compared with the first eight months of 2006. Furthermore, wholesale trade sales, at constant (2000) prices, for August 2007 increased by 4.4% compared with August 2006. This increase is lower than the 7,8% growth reported for the corresponding period in 2006.
Wholesale trade sales increase at current prices. Wholesale trade sales, at current prices, for the three months ending August 2007 increased by 15.6% compared with the three months ending August 2006.
Wholesale trade sales, at current prices, for the first eight months of 2007 increased by 18.5% compared with the first eight months of 2006. Similarly, wholesale trade sales, at current prices, for August 2007 increased by 14.3% compared with August 2006.
