Alta Moda Garments Ltd, a Hyderabad based garment company formed with a definitive focus on retail fashion trade, today announced that it will be launching 14 top Italian brands in India. The company which has a strong base in European market tied-up with some of the best designers of Italy and will cater to the urbane, upper and mid-income groups in here in India.
Alta Moda plans to set-up 100 stores by end of FY-09 in the range of 500 – 5000 sq.ft having three trade models. Initially, Alta Moda will open its flag ship showroom in major metros to bring all top brands under one umbrella. The company would also establish an exclusive brand for online sales.
A typical Alta Moda store will have 400 women and 300 men products ranging from clothing to accessories. These products would be priced in the range of Rs 3,000 to Rs 30,000 for women, Rs 5,000 to Rs 30,000 for men and Rs 1,500 onwards for accessories.
The company is taking all measures to ensure that qualified and in house trained fashion counselors’ advice the customers on the latest fashion trends. Alta Moda will be targeting all major and mini-Metros along with Tier-II and Tier-III cities across the country for their stores.
