Commuters pass Buji Checkpoint after their buses became caught up in a traffic snarl on Shenhui Road on Tuesday morning. Traffic heading toward downtown Shenzhen was held up from 7:50 to 10 a.m. after a car caught fire under the Caopu Flyover at the checkpoint.
