Education group
SHENZHEN on Thursday established its first vocational education group, Shenzhen No. 1 Vocational Education Group, aiming at nurturing skilled technicians for companies through the cooperation of its member organizations.
Forty-nine member organizations, including schools, companies and industrial associations, joined the group. They will share resources to train more skilled technicians and provide more job opportunities for students.
Holiday service
OUTPATIENTS departments and emergency departments at public hospitals would remain open 24 hours a day during the New Year holidays, according to the city s health authority.
Pediatrics departments and gynaecological departments would also be open all day at the city s seven public hospitals. However, there would be fewer doctors on duty during the holidays.
