Jessie Lee, a Singapore girl, watches birds under the guidance of her uncle Kenney Lee at a bird watching contest which concluded at Shenzhen Bay Park yesterday. During the 24 hours between 10 a.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. Sunday, 24 family contestants had noted the names of birds they had observed in city parks. A family from Hong Kong won first prize for identifying 87 species of birds.
