Plain-clothes police officers subdue two robber suspects in Nanshan District. The two suspects, identified only by their family name Guo, allegedly splashed fuel on a woman, identified only as Yin, and set her on fire Nov. 2 last year. Yin dropped her handbag, which was carrying 70,000 yuan (US$10,607) in cash, to put out the fire. The two suspects snatched the handbag and fled. Yin has recovered from minor burn injuries.
