Oct. 28, Beijing. "The Light of Textile" 2008 Technology Progress Awards were issued by CNTAC in the Great Hall of People in Beijing. The President Du Yuzhou and the President of China Cotton Association Lin Naiji attended this event and issued the certificates to awardee companies.
This is the first time the Technology Progress Awards was named as "The Light of Textile" followed the sponsor the Light of Textile Technology Education Fund. The awards involved in cotton textile, chemical fiber, industrial textile, dyeing and printing, automation and so on. The Processing Technology of Super Fine Wool Fabric and other 10 projects were awarded the Frist Prize; The 3-D Holistic Molding Texitle Composite Materials and other 47 projects were awarded the Second Prize; The Production of Pure Cotton High Weft Elasticity and other 82 projects were awarded the Third Prizes.
