OmniaLuo Inc a China-based company engaged in the business of designing, developing, marketing and distributing fine women’s apparel under the brand name OMNIALUO, issued a complete recap of major events that made 2007 OmniaLuo's most successful year yet.
OmniaLuo achieved dramatic growth in 2007, increasing its number of retail stores from 54 in January 2007 to 154 in December 2007, a 185% increase. The Company plans to open an additional 110 retail stores by December 2008, for a total of 264 stores.
January:
- Cindy Luo received the “Golden Peak Award,” China’s highest and most prestigious honor awarded by the China Fashion Designer’s Association
- Feature articles on Cindy Luo and her designs appeared in the Chinese versions of Bazaar and Cosmopolitan magazines
February:
- Opened 15 retail stores: eight company-owned, one co-owned and six independent distributors
- Relocated corporate offices to upscale, modern industrial park in Shenzhen, China's fashion capital
March:
- Feature articles on Cindy Luo appeared in three Chinese fashion magazines: Bazaar (Chinese version), Fashion China and Design China
- Launched seasonal trade show in Shenzhen to introduce the
OMNIALUO 2007 summer line
- Donated clothing worth approximately $1.2 MM RMB to disaster ridden areas of Hunan Province

April:

August:

- Completed a two-week investor/capital raising road in major cities throughout the US

October:
- Completed reverse merger with a contemporaneous $6.15 MM capital raise

November:
- Changed name to OmniaLuo, Inc.

“Our accomplishments and milestones over the past year have enabled us to set a strong foundation upon which to expand our future growth in terms of revenue and profitability,” stated Cindy Luo, Chairwoman of OmniaLuo.
“We are extremely optimistic about our Company's future and our goal of becoming a NASDAQ listed stock by year-end 2008,” added Ms. Luo.
