2007’s the second contract bidding of textile exported to EU and United States will be held in mid-April in Beijing. Shaoxing, as the town of textile, there are 230 textile export enterprises take the tickets.
It has been learned that due to the limited textile quotas of export to EU and U.S., resulting in generally high-priced quotas. But it’s much more reasonable by contract bidding than private trade between enterprises. A general manager of a textile enterprise said: “After getting the quotas, it can not only save the current shortage of quotas, but also level off the market price of quotas because of the reduced demands.”
