Currently, Yunan town has increased more than 300 enterprises in denim garment and processing sector, an increase of 30 percent, with an annual output of more than 100 million pieces of denim garments, an average annual growth of 24 percent.
Annual output value is nearly 4 billion yuan, an increase of 23 percent a year, with industrial workers over 60,000, an increase of nearly 50 percent, over 80 million yards denim fabrics for wholesale and retail a year, a growth of nearly 50 percent.
For the coming period, the township committee and the township government will be devoted to building denim garment brands by encouraging enterprises to create their own brands, break through OEM production mode. They will strive for the achievement of 2-3 China s famous trademarks and 8-10 Guangdong provincial well-known trademarks within three years.
