Recently, Jiangsu province received 0.11billion Yuan investment from China National Finance Ministry for"Go out".
It is introduced that this capital is distributed according to the textile export value and foreign investment percent. Jiangsu has obvious advantage in textile & fashion industry. During January-October, Jiangsu textile & fashion export totaled 18.32billion USD, increased by 16.6^, ranked three in China. Furthermore, more and more textile enterprises build factory in overseas to develop market. Until Nov.2006, total 12 textile enterprise in Jiangsu Province"went out", their investment reaching 43million USD; garment enterprises reached 55, total investment 60.94million USD. It is introduced that this capital should be cost to build factories, open outlets in overseas.
