As a pivot of the first "China's textile and apparel trade fair(Germany)," aiming at creating the world's largest textile and garment trade center, "Jiangsu Wuxi New World International Textile Garment City Project" held its first promotion conference in Karlsruhe Germany on the 6th.
According to the investor-Shenzhen New World Group s CEO Mr Huangwei, as Jiangsu s major project, Jiangsu Wuxi New World International Textile Garment City occupies a total area of 650,000 square meters and a building area of 1.3 million square meters. It can accommodate more than 10,000 textile and garment enterprises to operate, and the business cover all aspects of textile and apparel industries.
Since the start of the project in December 2004, it had completed 720,000 square meters of textile and apparel trade area. Apart from the textile and garment trade area, Jiangsu Wuxi New World International Textile Garment City also has an exhibition center with area of 47,000 sqm, a four-star and three-star hotel, as well as a research and development center, office building and other facilities. At that time, in the Yangtze River Delta, there will be the world's largest textile and garment trade center.
