On October 28, 2006, at 'China textile round table of academician ', the former Vice Minister of Textile Ministry and academician of China's engineering academy, Ji Guobiao, pointed out that pushing forward the independent innovation is the focus of enhancing the competitive ability of China's textile products in international market, and the key for textile industrial upgrade.
