Yesterday, during 10th Ningbo International Fashion Festival, Singapore group signed agreement about building "China International Trade Center" with Ningbo. The agreement described: "China International Trade Center" is a big-sized international platform and bridge for implementing China enterprises' "go out" strategy in Singapore.
The center is knonw to be targeted to develop foreign trade by distributing China goods to ASEAN market with 0.5billin population directly and radiating it to India, Occident and Middle-East depending on Singapore s advantages in geographical location the center of ASEAN, international business city and hinge of transit trade, in broad free trade with over ten countries and areas including US, Japan, Europe, India etc.
For example, many enterprise from Ningbo can conduct third country trade or export goods with free tariff to Occident, South-Korea etc by getting CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN in Singapore through changing its products from 'Made in China' to 'Made in Singapore' or 'Made in ASEAN'" said the general manager of Ningbo International Exhibition Co.
"Taking textile export suffered trade barriers as example, it is available for enterprise to export goods to countries suffered from anti-dumping depending on export advantage of Singapore and ASEAN."
It is introduced that center will be established in No.7 hall of Singapore International Expo. Center.
