2006 China International Silk Exposition sponsored by China Commerce Ministry an organized Hangzhou City People's Government, State Silk Arrangement Office, China Silk Association, Hangzhou City Economy Committee will be held in Hangzhou Peace International Exhibition Center during October.26--October.30.
Reporter knows from China Commerce Ministry that 2006 China International Silk Exposition will play important role in promoting China "East mulberry shift to west", marching into international market and expanding international communication. Besides, it will make obvious development on scale, class, internationalization and specialization compared with last one.
The deputy Chief Executive of Hangzhou City Shen Jian directed in Press Conference held in Sep.26 that since held in 2000, China International Silk Exposition has been held for six times continually. As the silk ceremony with highest class, biggest scale, widest influence, Silk Exposition has became a main platform for China silk industry to show products, invest and communicate.
For the features of Exposition, Shen Jian said that the expo has big scale including numerous enterprises, exhibitions. The area of exhibition has exceeded 10000square meters, the exhibited silk products are high-tech products mainly, in the meanwhile, 2006 International Silk Forum as China first international silk forum will be held during exhibition,where 2006<
It is known that until now, silk industry officials, principals of silk association and experts, scholars from France, Italy, Sweden, India, Japan, South-Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Brazil, Nepal etc have signed up to take part in.
Besides, the source groups from EU, South-Korea, India will come to review and negotiate, especially South Korea source group includes over 150 peoples.
