The night in Sep.10 is a mad night belongs to Dalian when hundreds of thousand citizens went to street to take part in pageant for 18th Dalian International Fashion Festival. This pageant was composed by 28 floats and 50 performance bands from minority, Russia, South-Korea, Japan and Vietnam, total 200 peoples and was an important activity that attracted most participators as well as a best symbol of city energy and agglomeration in Fashion Festival.
By blending various orient mass culture with Western one, combining of traditional culture and modern one, this pageant embodied population, brilliance , mutual-activity, offered a heat festival atmosphere and showed energetic and open city Dalian.
