Sep. 17, there came out a good piece of news from Jiaxing Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, saying that the national textile testing laboratory and the State Quality Supervision Administration- Zhejiang Leather Products Testing Center Laboratory were officially authorized. Jiang Renhuan, Jiaxing s vice mayor, attended the ceremony.
It is known that these two laboratories were approved to found by the State Administration of Quality Supervision in 2003, and passed the examination in May 2006. At present, the Laboratories projects approved by CNAL have reached 235 items, covering testing standards of state standard, industry standard, international standard, the EU standard, German standard, American standard and Japanese standard.
Reportedly, the two laboratories official authorization indicates that Jiaxing's textile & leather products testing level has been in a leading position in the quality control system of China.
