Since the pressure of returning loans are very great, and the market is not very good, the local farmers have no hope for the cotton price in 2005/2006, so we only seek for withdrawing the capital for prepare new years purchase, thus, only some exceptional ginners have small volume of storage, the most storage is no more 300 T. Otherwise, the ginners with serious loss this year all hope to keep the cotton purchase price stable, so as to smoothly develop the cotton purchase work.
