It is known that with total investment RMB0.3billion Yuan including current capital 0.22billion Yuan, this center that ave the area of 0.3million square meters is built by Dongyin Shenyou Cotton Process Co.,Ltd. in two periods : in first period, 20 storages, 22 sheds, 130 battlements, cotton seeds trade area with about 0.11million square meters, Lint trade area with 0.19million square meters, Cotton Informational Network will be built; in second period, the company will invest RMB40millionYuan to purchase international current 400 # packer, 400#barker, cotton gin and build trade hall as well as relevant buttress. It is anticipate that this item will be put into production in Sep.2006.
