Ifa Paris Shanghai is a branch of IFA-ACIP,one of France s oldest fashion schools.
Founded in Paris in 1830,IFA-ACIP boasts a long tradition of excellence and creativity.
IFA Paris Shanghai was established in 2002 to provide design students from all over
the world with a European caliber of education. Ifa combines theory and practice to
prepare students for a career in the fashion industry. Students are taught the technical
skills needed through use of LECTRA computer and design systems as well as the
attitude necessary to transform inspiration into success.
At Ifa, students receive instruction from Franece s best instructors to improve their
technique and sharpen their artistic vision. However,courses at Ifa are taught in
English so that upon graduation students are equipped not only with a top quality
fashion education but also the language proficiency to enter the international fashion
world.
To keep up with the advances in the fashion industry, Ifa is constantly monitoring,
reassessing and updating the curriculum. Ifa works closely with a number of companies
in the fashion and luxury goods industries. During their course of study,students reap
the benefits of our professional network by obtaining internships that enhance student s
employability and portfolios.
Currently, Ifa counts over 500 students and will welcome 700 next September.
