With the formal name"Online transference platform for textile quota", the platform is supported by Shanghai City government who tend to increase the use rate of Shanghai textile quota. Since trial operation in April.1, the platform has transferred and accepted 286 quotas and absorbs 270 member units. Some enterprise from other province demand to be the member of platform in succession.
