The inspection statistics from National Quality Inspection Bureau on April.23 show that the quality of coat can not satisfy customer, whose sample eligibility rate is only 64.4%. Before this, National Quality Bureau check 73products manufactured by 3 enterprises from Beijing, Tianjing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Hubei, Guangdong.
The main quality problem found in this spot-check include: unqualified fastness to water, color fastness to friction, nonstandard jointing mightiness, the fiber in material, liner unconformity with symbol etc. In this spot-check, the fiber content of 16 products is unconformity with signed one. Some fabric component signed as"wool"or"cashmere" is checked to have fewer cashmere and some chemical fiber which can account for over 30% in individual product.
