Vietnam Financial Ministry decide that Vietnam will adjust the tariff for fashion imported from EU,US, Australia according to the regulation of No.192/2003/QD-BTC Notice issued in November 25, 2003 and No.13/2005/QD-BTC Notice issued in March 8, 2005l.
his tariff will be imposed on the import countries within 2006 (January1-December 31, 2006)
If importers import commodity at higher price, to meet this standard, the overfull tariff should be returned to them.
The products with the higher preferential tax rate than the one Vietnam set should be imposed most-favored-nation tax rate.
