NBS releases shows that yarn production recorded 1.31 mil tons in March, up 225,800 tons year on year, registering a slower growth of 20.67%.
The top three producer, Shandong, Jiangsu and Henan produced 373,900, 259,600 and 127,700 respectively.
Cumulative yarn production for September through March period totaled 8.86 mil tons, up 23.31% year on year.
