CNCotton: Storm attacked Dafeng on May 5, one of major cotton planting areas in Jiangsu province. Cotton transplanting from seedbed to the field was seriously affected, which is likely to bring about considerable impact upon production. Meanwhile, 90% of wheat was blown down in the region, resulting in at least 50% cut of production.
