China will restrict the export of South Africa textile automatically

Overseas media report that one high-class official in China Business Affairs show yesterday that China has agreed to restrict the textile exported to South-Africa before China premier Wen jiabao visit South-Africa and Africa.

Impacted by Chinas low price textile and slopwork, South-Africa, factory bankrupt and unemployment emerge in the center of South-Africa textile industry.

On the eve of South-Africa minister of foreign affairs-Asia Pahad visiting Beijing, the evidence show that both sides have reached agreement in textile trade. China premier Wen jiabao will visit seven Africa countries.

During last several years, China have strengthened the political & economy relationship with Africa and sent much representative delegation of business & politics to visit Africa land. China need Africas material such as crude oil to meet the demand of high speed developing. Sino-Africa Summit is planned to open in this November.

During visiting Beijing on this weekend, Pahad will question how to encourage investment on South-Africa. He already put forward that South-Africa investment in China have exceeded Chinas investment in South-Africa. South-Africas main investor in China is SABMiller and Sasol, which will invest great capital on China big-scale item.

China spokesman said that if Africa government can offer favorable policy that can attract investment, government will instruct textile enterprise to invest in Africa. Before the coming of summit in November, China is considering new system that can stimulate China enterprise, especially Africa.
