The statistic from custom also show that the clearance rate of textile exported to Occident is less than 20%; some enterprises disclose to reporter that recently the order begin to be given to Southeast Asia countries whose average price is lower 30% than that of China , the fight for seizing market is on the verge of breaking out.

Some experts show that the quota is wasted really in textile export circle. To clarify this gossip, The Bidding-inviting Office of China Chamber of Commerce for Textile Import& Export deliver special notice to refuse the gossip that Bidding-inviting Committee will return the deposit and fee and allow the rest bidding-inviting quota be applied automatically according to lowest bidding price. Recently, this committee has not modified current textile bidding-inviting policy and warns enterprise who gets bidding to make most use of textile quota at their best.
