However, that industry with high cost, great pollution and low adding value can be considered to decrease export drawback rate while those industries with high adding value, high-tech content and great strategy should not be decreased drawback rate or be decreased in small range. On the other side, Liao Xiaoqi disclose that Commerce Ministry is gathering, drawing the relevant measures and suggestion for promoting the development of middle part and strive to issue it in first China Middle-Part Trade Investment Exposition in Sep. The growing up of middle part have stepped from seedtime to implementing period, the business opportunity also have been real from latent. It is known that first Middle-part Exposition will be held in Hunan province Changsha City on Sep.26-28.
