The news show that the amount and sum of textile fabric exported from Shanghai port to circumjacent countries were increased by over 20% than the same period of last year.
The statistics from Shanghai custom show that on the first half of 2006, Shanghai port exported total 0.76billion meters textile fabric to six circumjacent countries including Bengal, Vietnam, India, Cambodia, Thailand, Pakistan etc, total value reaching 0.95billion USD, increased by 23.9% and 23.1% separately than the same period of last year, accounting for 21.3% of total export value of Shanghai port textile fabric.
