Yesterday, Chongqing 5th International Fashion Festival withdrew its veil in Chongqing Technology Exhibition Center. This Fashion Festival was sponsored by China Garment Association and Chongqing government, aiming to fashion Chongqing into "Fashion Capital", to guide trendy fashion, to set up a platform for garment enterprises, to promote Chongqing garment industry, and to enhance the image of Chongqing city.
It is known that the current International Fashion Festival has broken the tradition, for the organizer adopt Carnival model, which is a theme fashion pageant including garment & apparel exhibition marketing and purchase.
As introduced, the current Fashion Festival consists of a fashion mobilization activity, the Asian outstanding costume designers 2007 collections, 2006 West China Clothing Brand Forum, fashion parade, etc.
