SAIC recently releases 106 brands which are titled of well-known trademarks in China in 2006, while textile brands account for 14 awards. Relevant experts believe that China's textile industry transformation from product operation to brand management have been paid off.
Among the listed well-known trademarks of textile products, apart from the familiar underwear and clothing brands like "Tinsino" and "Meters-bonwe", some textiles raw materials and accessories brands are also listed.
Chairman Li Wei of Beijing Tinsino Apparel said that although China is the world's largest producer and exporter of textiles, it is lack of popular international textile products brands, after being well-known trademarks in China like "Tinsino" etc, it will not only greatly enhance the competitive ability in domestic market, but also open up overseas markets.
