On October 18, China (Shenyang) 6th Down Garments Fair opened. Xinglong Downwear Top 10 Brands Awarding Ceremony and 2006 Down Trend Conference were held at one time. Vice president of China Clothing Association Jiang Heng attended the meeting in Shenyang.
