"India's finial anti-dumping judgment on China silk export can be seen some unreasonable factors. If India government do not amend final arbitrary, we may prosecute in India super court," said the principal of Xiaoyun Law Office--Zhang Yi yesterday.

On Nov.17,the Anti-dumping Bureau of India Business Ministry has made the finial judgment on China silk anti-dumping, which set the range of tax on China products: 1.662 4.526USD/meter. Considering the illogicality of this judgment, China side is negotiating with India government. China Chamber of Commerce for Textile Import & export has handed in relevant data to India side.

Zhangyi directs that though India's judgment is better than original one, details still witness problems. For example, the tax rate on four categories products for China enterprise answering for anti-dumping is lower than the one for China enterprise without answering. Furthermore, the dumping profit margin of five sample enterprises is not fit to lowest limited price. All of which disregard to regulation.
