Wenzhou cotton traders plan to march into Middle-Asia

To escape fierce competition and narrowing profit space in China market, many Wenzhou cotton traders who have invested in Xinjiang are planning to move to Middle-Asia countries for developing cotton resource. Some experts and inners thought that China cotton traders' marching into Middle-Asia market can not only diversifies cotton import sourcing but also tightens the economy communication between China and Middle-Asia. One WenZhou trader who owns a cotton ginning factory in Xinjiang is preparing to select factory address by visiting in Uzbekistan and Kyrghyz etc. He told to reporters that in China, the out-of order competition between overmuch cotton enterprises increase cotton price, which leads to narrowing profit space in cotton purchasing field while in Middle-Asia countries, the undeveloped cotton process industry and textile industry have made great progress in recent years, which open a door to our cotton enterprise for entering into cotton market .
