The information from Economic & Trade Commission of Zhejiang Province shows that EU will adopt three technological barriers to China products, which will bring negative effect to light industry, textile, and chemical industry.
These three technology barriers include EUP instruction, the overture about registering, envaluating, admission, restriction of chemistry product(REACH), The ban about the over 0.005% octane acyl composition content (PFOS)
It is analyzed that these three barriers has wider range and high technology requirement. It is introduced that about 80% of export product in Zhejiang will be involved.
