The details are as follows: the provisional tariff rate for import cotton priced at over 11.397Yuan/Kilogram will be 6%; the one for import cotton priced lower than 11.397Yuan/Kilogram should be calculated according to formula. Generally speaking, as the result of this adjustment, the high-level product can see increased tariff rate, low-middle-grade one witness declined tariff rate, especially the low class one.
