More anti-dumping probe is anticipated to be conducted by EU Committee who has carried out anti-dumping investigation on China products for several times. As its is said, the involved products ranged Made-in China porcelain, flax yarn, furniture and candle.
It is said that EU may carry out anti-dumping probe on China future. But the forecast is opposite because the probe will involved so much products and there is shortage of the suggestion of Bulgaria and Rumania to the probe.
To restrict China flax yarn export for adapting EU textile industry to free trade trend between EU & China , EU has signed the textile agreement with China on June.10,2005. Therefore, It is forecasted that EU Committee will not take other measures to increase China textile import, such as anti-dumping investigation.
Once the traders in EU appeals for anti-dumping, EU committee will made the decision for register and search for law reference within 45 days.EU Committee's anti-dumping probe may last for 15 month, followed with the confirmed measures for five years.
