Recently, Russia has promulgated new retail market regulation and new immigrant law, which brought a strike to overseas retailers including China traders. The statistics shows that every year, Russia witness the coming of ten thousand footwear traders from Sicuan while over 1000 Chengdu footwear enterprises exported over 90% products to Russia, major of which are retailed outside market, marketplace, stall. Therefore, Sicuan footwear industry will suffer from this event. It is said that over 90% Chengdu footwear enterprises will be involved.
Recently, with the sample of Chengdu footwear industry, Sichun footwear industry has seen increasing footwear export value. At present, Sichuan Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export Shoes, Sichuan footwear enterprises have embarked on dealing with this event. Some footwear enterprises think that Chengdu Footwear enterprises should establish integrated company to shun this strike.
