Russia started to forbid foreigners engaging in retail trade from Apr1st

According to the Russian government's decision, foreigners have no right to engaged in retail trade in the Russian open market and business booth from Apr.1st.

According to the report from Russian Tass News Agency, the Moscow branch of Russian Federal Migration Station carried out an inspection on a market in Moscow, and there was no serious violation of immigration laws. The station equipped a number of special vehicles for inspecting market. The equipments on the vehicles can be used to identify the authenticity of the foreigners’ certificates.

According to the report from Russian independence television station, the deputy director general of Russian Federal Migration Station said that Russian government had decided only Russian citizens can sell goods on their booth. And foreigners in the open market can do other works, such as porters, cleaners, wholesalers, boss and stall lessees, but not allowed to sell their goods directly to customers.
