Prime Source Forum

Write: Marylou [2011-05-20]

What a wonderful Easter holiday after Prime Source Forum (PSF) was held on 29-30 March 2007 in Hong Kong with more than 300 delegates from 23 countries and regions. The two-day event had an unique opportunity to share experiences and network with 37 industry leaders and specialists from the major markets of North America, Europe and Asia.. For the list of participants, please click here.

Very much a networking event PSF also addressed, head-on, topical issues, relevant to all attendees. These included mounting concerns over threatened protectionist measures, and environmental and social responsibility issues, all within the context of a rapidly evolving retail landscape. The forum underlined the difficulties ahead, even while technical developments and educational initiatives offer potential stability and solutions within the industry. The Forum has successfully earned the reputation of a 'must attend' event for senior apparel industry supply chain executives even after just two years.

Positive comments from speakers and delegates of Prime Source Forum 2007 abounded. Typical were:

Ashok G Rajani, Chairman, Export Promotion Committee, Apparel Export Promotion Council, India
