In the 4th Global Textile Economic Forum, which was held at the end of last month in Beijing, Chairman of Italian Textile & Clothing Association said that if China and Italy build closer and stronger cooperation, Chinese and Italian enterprises can flourish in future.
It is a fact that Italian Textile & Clothing Association has over 1700 member enterprises, the yearly sale is about Euro53 billion, and its textile and clothing industry accounts for 25 percent of EU trade.
At present, China is the third big export market of Italian textile. Prices of Italian products in China are 50 percent higher than that in other countries, and Chinese market is still growing.
At the same time, Chairman also pointed out that Chinese manufacturers have always been busy in imitating other products and their products are deficient in native flavours like pattern and image.
