Culture, Garment Industry's Key to World

Recently, some leaders from Chinese apparel leading brands and 16 delegates from garment sector of Italy and Taiwan attended ‘Peng Yun 2007 China Garment Forum’. The professionals discussed building of international brands. Participants agreed that culture is the soul of brand and Chinese garment industry’s key to the world.
In general, international brands have distinctive styles and cannot be too individual or unorthodox. They should constantly made self-adjustment and win the world with different cultural backgrounds of people. The success of Italy international brands is mainly benefited from cultural factors.
In order to enter international markets, the most important thing for Chinese brands is to first capture Chinese market. Concentrate on one brand and become a leader in domestic market. Industry should enhance its competitiveness with further accumulated experience and finally get access to international markets.
