In the first ever alliance of its kind, 115 leisure trouser manufacturers in Shishi city recently signed an agreement to set up the Leisure-Trousers Trade Association. Many Government leaders attended its launching ceremony.
The association is meant to play an active role as a communicative medium between Government and enterprises, increase specialization levels of the leisure trousers industry in Shishi city and enlarge their influence in domestic and international markets.
At the launching ceremony, the association contributed 100,000 RMB to the cause of student finance. The sum was handed to the city's Charity Federation.
